Summary
At the time of writing, there are approximately 3.1 million foreign nationals present in Turkish territory seeking international protection. Most of them are Syrians (2,823,987 individuals) who were granted temporary protection status. Of these 72% (2,474,790 individuals) were living in urban settings and 8% (255,695 individuals) were living in camps.
