Niger — Flow Monitoring Report (1—14 February 2016)

Flow monitoring points are placed at known migrant passing points along the Niger migratory route. Data is collected daily at FMPs to inform migrant movements and profiles. The data collected provides a snapshot of migrant movements through the region. Durinf the reporting period, 6,080 outgoing and 1,760 incoming individuals were identified. A great majority of migrants identified were men. Migrants identified are primarily from Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Gambia, Chad.
