Following the recent attacks in Muidumbe and Nangade districts, DTM teams in Mueda reported a signi cant rise in IDP departures from host community to relocation sites. In the 12th October 2021, an estimated 1,258 individuals have been spontaneoulsy relocated from the locality of Mpeme to Mpeme relocation site in Mueda district, with children constituting a majority (63%) of the displaced population. In addition, 26 elderly were recorded during the assessments.
