Mali — Flow Monitoring Report 17 (June 2017)
Summary
Between 1-30 June 2017, the vast majority of recorded migrants at flow monitoring points (FMPs) were young men (direct observation). Among the migrants, several persons under the age of 18 were identified. Some travel accompanied by adult legal guardians while others travel alone (unaccompanied and separated children). DTM identified 368 incoming and 2,600 outgoing individuals recorded at Mali FMPs. 93% of identified migrants at the flow monitoring points were citizens of the following five countries: Guinea, Mali, Gambia, Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.
