DTM recorded 206,520 IDPs comprising 34,420 families. The highest number of IDPs was recorded in Ninewa governorate (201,594 individuals) which hosts 94% of the IDP population. 171,912 individuals were recorded living in camps and emergency sites. The most commonly reported district of origin amongst IDPs was Mosul (172,260 individuals).
