The total number of people currently displaced, as of 19 March 2017, is 260,616 individual IDPs comprising 43,436 families. During the period covered 222,030 people were living in camps and emergency settings. Ninewa governorate currently hosts the most IDPs, 245,190 individuals. The second highest number of IDPs was recorded in Baghdad governorate, 12,204 individuals.Haj Ali camp reported an overall increase of approximately 109 IDP families. Qayyarah airstrip emergency site reported an overall increase of approximately 844 IDP families.
