Operations

In order to capture the displacement and mobility dynamics in Ethiopia, DTM Ethiopia's National Displacement Report combines its findings from its Site Assessment (SA) in Section 1 and findings from the Village Assessment Survey (VAS) in Section 2.

This summary presents key findings from the sixth round of Mobility Tracking conducted in South Sudan through key-informant based assessments at sub-area and location levels.

The DTM Burundi dashboard for the month of August 2019 covered all 18 provinces of Burundi. The DTM has identified 106,197 internally displaced persons (IDPs) and 23,752 households in the month of August. 

 

Au cours du mois de août, la DTM a identifié 106.197 personnes déplacées internes (PDI) et 23.752 ménages déplacés.

En juillet 2019, la matrice de suivi des déplacements (DTM) comptait 109 372 personnes déplacées à l'intérieur de leur propre pays et 24 466 ménages déplacés. Parmi ces déplacements, 77% ont été déplacés en raison de catastrophes naturelles et 23% ont été déplacés pour d'autres raisons.

IOM’s biometric registration system has been active since 2014, with 838,652 beneficiaries active in its database to date.
