At about 2:10 PM on 12th March 2020, a fire incident was reported at Waterboard IDP Camp affecting a total number of 62 individuals (14 households).

IOM manages the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in Nigeria and other countries around the world, to support humanitarian communities with data on displacement and mobility.

From 24 February – 1 March 2020, a total of 2,376 movements were recorded, composed of 1,782 arrivals and 594 departures.

During 17 – 23 February 2020, a total of 3,067 movements were recorded, composed of 2,151 arrivals and 916 departures.

During 10 - 16 February 2020, a total of 2,883 movements were recorded, composed of 2,397 arrivals and 486 departures.

During 3 - 9 February 2020, a total of 2,545 movements were recorded, composed of 2,033 arrivals and 512 departures.

During 27 January – 2 February 2020, a total of 3,104 movements were recorded, composed of 2,072 arrivals and 1,032 departures.

From 20 – 26 January 2020, a total of 3,070 movements were recorded, composed of 2,396 arrivals and 674 departures.

From 13 – 19 January 2020, a total of 3,140 movements were recorded, composed of 2,338 arrivals and 802 departures.

Following the completion of Biometric registration in host communities in Monguno Local Government Area (LGA) in the northeastern state of Borno, 37,925 individuals (11,373 households) were registered.

From October - December 2019, a total of 36,766 movements were recorded. The movements include 20,671 arrivals and 16,095 departures. Arrivals were recorded at locations in Askira/Uba, Bama, Biu, Chibok, Damboa, Dikwa, Gwoza, Hawul, Jere, Kaga, Kala/Balge, Konduga, Mafa, Maiduguri M.
