Ce document présente les résultats des profils de sites effectués dans 30 sites spontanés à Bangui entre le 10 novembre et le 23 novembre 2015.
On the 10th December the TFPM had identified approximately 2.5 million people to have fled their homes in the whole of Yemen and observed a decrease in the overall displaced population in the south with a shift in focus to the northern governorates since 15th October, 2015. From 24th November, when Round II was launched, staff identified 2,132 families or 12,792 displaced individuals across 27 distinct locations. The displaced population consists of 3,454 female adults, 3,582 male adults while 2,942 and 2,814 individuals are female and male children, respectively. DTM observed that 77 % of the 2,132 displaced families in Aden governorate originate from Taizz (1,093 families) and Al Bayda (543 families) governorates while 23 % fled from other districts from within Aden; Khur Maksar (496 families) and Ash Shaikh Outhman (39 families) districts.

The 6th TFPM Report for Yemen has identified 444,165 displaced households (2,509,068 individuals) compared to 372,969 households (2,305,048 individuals) in the previous report. Taizz is the governorate that hosts most displaced individuals (392,4299), followed by Amran (288,437 individuals) and Hajjah (228,453 individuals). A new methodology (rating scale) for the verification of data was implemented in the 5th report and in the 6th report. This has resulted in a decrease of the level of displacement in some governorates including: Al Dhalee, Al Hudaydah, Amant Al Asimah, Hajjah, Marib and Hadramut.
During the reporting period, DTM recorded a total of six displacement sites and 1,482 IDPs (302 households). Mostly because of a drop in temperatures and the relatively elevated location of the sites, there has been a 35% decrease in IDPs (2,501 individuals or 545 families) since the last round. NFIs for winterization are a major need for those still residing in camps and surrounding communities. Materials to rebuild houses and livelihoods are a major concern for those living in camps.
In the first week of November 2015, two cyclones, Chapala and Megh, made landfall across the southern coastal region of Yemen. IOM conducted rapid assessments in the affected areas to monitor the situation. As of 26th November, a reported 4,226 families had returned following their preemptive displacement, while IOM estimates that 3,322 families remain displaced in 8 districts and are accommodated in 50 distinct locations. Off the coast of Yemen, Socotra suffered significant damage, with approximately 2,210 displaced households in 30 locations needing assistance – 1,430 households in 11 locations for Hidaybu district and 780 households in 19 Locations for Qulensya Wa Abd Al Kur district.
Cumulatively from the first week of June to 4 December 2015, 26,892 households representing 49,217 individuals crossed the border into Haitian territory. 35.2% were female while 64.8%& were male. 770 presumed unaccompanied minors were identified. 2,043 households declared having been registered in the PNRE corresponding to 4,475 individuals. 28,713 individuals declared having returned spontaneously to Haiti. 9,480 individuals claim to have been deported. 11,024 individuals were officially deported at the three official border crossing points of Ouanaminthe, Malpasse,and Belladères and have been voluntarily registered.
During this round, The total number of identified IDPs has remained largely stable, with a reported increase of less than 1%, i.e. 14,214 individuals. Particularly, the governorates of Ninewa and Baghdad recorded a remarkable increase (15,054 and 9,090 individuals respectively). Returnees increased by 4%, i.e. 17,994 individuals. At the national level, The governorates hosting the largest IDP populations remain Anbar, Baghdad, and Dahuk with a total of 1,557,168 individuals corresponding to 49% of the total IDP population. A total of 77% of the displaced population (2,457,660 individuals) have fled from two governorates only, namely Anbar and Ninewa. From January 2014 to 3 December 2015, the DTM identified 3,195,390 internally displaced individuals (532,565 families), dispersed across 105 districts and 3,599 locations in Iraq. Considering the available information and the DTM methodology, the Humanitarian Country Team (HCT) maintains the planning figures for the humanitarian response at 3.2 million internally displaced persons (IDPs).
DTM identified 158,316 IDPs (27,919 households) in the Far North region of Cameroon, 11,482 out of camp refugees/ third country nationals (2,342 households) and 30,585 returnees (6,068 households). 86% of displaced population was displaced by insurgency and 13% by flooding and other natural disasters. 49% of the population was displaced in 2015, 36% in 2014 and 15% before 2014. 84% live in host communities wile 16% live in spontaneous settlements.
Les donnée recueillies entre le 10 et 19 Novembre comportent des informations sur le nombre de personnes déplacées, la période de déplacement, le motif, le type de logement et les données démographiques sur les populations déplacées. Ce rapport comprend des données relevées par le biais des évaluations conduites dans six départements dans la région du Grand Nord et 38 arrondissements. Parmi la population identifiée par la DTM en Novembre 2015 dans le Grand Nord du Cameroun, nous relevons : 158’316 personnes déplacées sur le plan interne (dont 27’919 ménages) 11’482 dans le camp de réfugiés/ressortisants de pays tiers (dont 2,362 ménages) 30’585 rapatriés (dont 6’068 ménages) 87% de la population déplacées a été déplacée à cause d’insurrection et 13% à cause d’inondation ou d’autres types de catastrophes naturelles. 49% des personnes déplacées actuelles ont été déplacées en 2015, 36% en 2014 et 15% avant 2014. Environ 84% des personnes déplacées vivent dans des communautés d’accueil tandis que 16% vivent dans des habitats spontanés.
