In Afghanistan, DTM employs the Baseline Mobility Assessment tool, designed to track mobility, determine the population sizes, locations and geographic distribution of forcibly displaced, return and migrant populations, reasons for displacement, places of origin, and times of displacement, as well as basic demographics, vulnerabilities and priority needs. Data is collected at the settlement level, through community focus group discussions with key informants and direct observations. This provincial report summarises the DTM findings in Panjsher. The data has been collected throughout 7 districts and 100 settlements in Panjsher.
Cette fiche d’information présente les éléments clés tirés des résultats consolidés des opérations d’enregistrement menées par l’OIM dans les 3 sites spontanés de KILUNGA, KABEYA MIKENA et KILWA, dans le territoire de Nyunzu le 23 Mars 2021. Des équipes d’enquêteurs se sont rendues dans ces sites de déplacement afin de vérifier hutte par hutte la présence des ménages déplacés. Dans chaque hutte habitée, les enquêteurs ont procédé à l’enregistrement des ménages présents. Ce travail a été fait sur le terrain en collaboration avec les comités des déplacés et la Division des Affaires Humanitaires (DIVAH) au Tanganyika.

A 23 de Janeiro de 2021, o Ciclone Tropical ELOISE colidiu no centro de Moçambique, perto da cidade da Beira. O ele trouxe consigo ventos fortes e chuvas, afectando as províncias de Manica, Sofala, e Zambézia (as esmas províncias afectadas pelo Ciclone Tropical Idai em 2019). O ciclone causou também inundações e destruição generalizada de infra-estruturas. De 4 à 6 de Março de 2021, em estreita coordenação com o Instituto Nacional de Gestão de Desastres e Redução de Riscos (INGD) e a IOM DTM (Matriz de Monitoria de Deslocamentos), as equipas enumeradoras realizaram uma Avaliação de Necessidades Multi-Sectoriais (MSNA) a nível local. Foram produzidas formações, análises e processamento de dados através da DTM, apoiada pelo INGC. A avaliação abrangeu os distritos mais afectados da província de Sofala. As equipas de DTM entrevistaram Informadores-Chave (principalmente das autoridades locais), captando informações sobre reparações de abrigos, acesso a serviços, e necessidades urgentes.
