Ce document présente des données relatives au nombre de personnes déplacées dans le contexte de la crise nigérianne, identifiées au sein de 113 sites de déplacement dans cinq sous-préfectures de la Région du Lac au Tchad.

ETM teams identified 309 evacuee sites. 167 sites were found to be occupied by 7,062 evacuees. Evacuees were concentrated in six provinces (Ba, Ra, Lomaiviti, Bua, Cakaudrove and Lau) with the highest concentrations in Ra, Lomaiviti and Cakaudrove.

25,294 IDPs (5,139 households) have been identified by the DTM in March 2016 in 3 targeted provinces: 15,665 IDPs (3,133 households) in Makamba province; 171 IDPs (59 households) in Kirundo province; 9,458 IDPs (1,947 households) in Rutana province. The DTM has registered an increase of 213 IDPs for the month of March with a significant increase of 3,558 IDPs in Makamba province and a decrease by 3,402 in Rutana province.

Data on Ukraine’s internally displaced persons’ (IDPs) social and economic situation, mobility and integration are available from the second periodic survey on IDPs in Ukraine, conducted by IOM in cooperation with the Ukrainian Centre for Social Reforms. Four rounds of the survey will be conducted in 2016, and recommendations are derived from the analysis of the results, to better manage IDP issues, deliver required services and respond to the emerging needs in timely manner, and foster the development of mid-term and long-term IDP assistance programmes.

More than 5 years after the devastating 12 January 2010 earthquake, an estimated 17,119 households, or 62,590 individuals are still residing in 36 IDP sites in the earthquake affected communes. It is important to note that this report incorporates more precise IDP data gathered through registration operations of three (3) camps (Acra sud, Acra Cite Nord Del 33 and Village AFCA II). Consequently, when comparing the figures from the 24th round of the DTM, the number of households and individuals residing in IDP camps has increased, although the number of opened camps has decreased.

DTM assessed all accessible areas of Libya, covering 100 areas out of 104 (Harawa, Sirte, Al Jaghbub and Misratah were all reported as inaccessible). IDPs were identified across 95 areas, returnees were identified in 13 areas and migrants across 29 areas. With increased geographic coverage, estimates of the mobility-affected population have increased to 417,123 for IDPs and 234,669 for migrants and stand at 149,160 for returnees.

From January 2014 to 31 March 2016, the DTM identified 3,418,332 IDPs (569,722 families), dispersed across 105 districts and 3,785 locations in Iraq. The governorates hosting the largest IDP populations are Baghdad, Anbar and Dahuk, with a total of 1,633,362 individuals, corresponding to 48% of the total IDP population. A total of 76% of the displaced population (2,612,280 individuals) has fled from two governorates only, namely Anbar and Ninewa. From 2 and 31 March 2016, the total number of identified IDPs recorded an increase of 2%, i.e. 73,998 individuals. Overall, the returnee population decreased by 1%, i.e. 4,296 individuals, particularly in Anbar governorate.

The governorates hosting the largest IDP populations are Baghdad, Anbar and Dahuk (page 2), with a total of 1,589,886 individuals, corresponding to 48% of the total IDP population. A total of 76% of the displaced population (2,557,932 individuals) has fled from two governorates only, namely Anbar and Ninewa. Between 4 February 2016 and 2 March 2016, The total number of identified IDPs recorded an increase of 1%, i.e. 23,490 individuals. Overall, the returnee population increased by 4%, i.e. 23,352 individuals

Reporting Period: 22—28 March 2016 Flow monitoring points are placed at known migrant passing points along the Niger migratory route. Data is collected daily at FMPs to inform migrant movements and profiles. The data collected provides a snapshot of migrant movements through the region. The numbers are collected from primary sources and do not claim to reflect all migrants passing through the flow monitoring points. Since 01 February 2016, a total of 12,903 outgoing and 6,400 incoming migrants have been registered at FMP. This week only, 1,740 outgoing and 963 incoming migrants have been registered.

Cumulatively since the first week of June 2015 until 24 March 2016, 45,549 households representing 80,397 individuals have crossed the border into Haitian territory. 34.4% were female while 65.6% were male. 1,185 presumed unaccompanied minors were identified. 3,334 households declared having been registered in the PNRE corresponding to 7,231 individuals. 49,011 individuals declared having returned spontaneously to Haiti. 13,397 individuals claim to have been deported. 17,820 individuals were officially deported at the three official border crossing points of Ouanaminthe, Malpasse and Belladeres.
