A la date du 30 juillet 2016, les partenaires de la CMP ont comptabilisé 52 028 personnes rapatriées, ce qui correspond à une augmentation de 832 personnes par rapport aux données Août 2016 (51 196 Rapatriés). En parallèle, 33.042 personnes déplacées internes (6 992 ménages), 474 231 personnes retournées ont été enregistrés par les équipes de la DNDS et 134.693 réfugiés2 maliens dans les pays limitrophes par l’UNHCR.

DTM identified 181,215 internally displaced persons, 14,871 unregistered refugees and 32,023  returnees. 13% of the displaced population was displaced by flooding and other natural disasters while 84% were displaced by conflict. An estimated 59% of the displaced population lives in host communities while 20% live in rented housing, 12% in spontaneous settlements, 9% in collective shelters, and 1% in open-air spaces. 69% of the displaced population are minors.

Flow monitoring points are placed at known migrant passing points along the Niger migratory route. Data is collected daily at FMPs to inform migrant movements and profiles. The data collected provides a snapshot of migrant movements through the region. The numbers are collected from primary sources and do not claim to reflect all migrants passing through the flow monitoring points. Since 01 February 2016, a total of 263,968 outgoing and 94,806 incoming migrants have been registered at FMP. During this reporting period, 142,088 outgoing and 15,812 incoming migrant have been registered.  

Les points de suivi des flux sont placés dans des endroits de passages sur la route migratoire du Niger. Les données sont collectés chaque jour dans les FMP our informer les mouvements et profils migratoires et offrir une apércu des mouvements migratoires dans la région. Au cours de cette collecte de données, 42 088 individus sortants et 15 812 individus entrants ont été identifiés, portant un total de 263 967 individus sortants et 94 806 individus entrants depuis février 2016. La plus forte proportion des mouvements observés sont du Niger vers la Libye (67%) avec plus de 200.000 migrants enregistrés. Les nationalités principales sont les Nigérians, Nigériens, et Gambiens. La grande majorité des migrants identifiés (85%) sont des hommes.

Ce document présente des données relatives au nombre de personnes déplacées dans le contexte de la crise nigérianne, identifiées au sein de 127 sites de déplacement dans huit sous-préfectures de la Région du Lac au Tchad.

DTM Libya's Mobility Tracking Report 5 has recorded a reduction in the number of IDPs present in Libya (Benghazi in particular). The number of returnees continues to increase, especially in Benghazi, Derna, Gwalesh and Kikla. The number of migrants reported in Libya has shown minimal change, increasing by only 5% since the last round. DTM identified 348,372 IDPs, 310,265 returnees and 276,957 migrants in Libya. DTM Libya maintained its geographic coverage established in its baseline, conducting assessments in all accessible areas of the country (100 out of 104 areas). Field assessments were conducted in 533 locations; an increase of 17 locations covered from the previous round.

This dashboard illustrates the key findings from Libya's Mobility Tracking Report 5 . DTM identified 348,372 IDPs of which 51% were female and 49% were male. DTM also recorded 310,265 returnees: 196,100 from 2015 and 114,095 from 2016. Finally, DTM counted 276,957 migrants who primarily originated from Niger, Egypt and Chad.

DTM recorded 59,758 IDPs (12,472 households) in seven provinces. Most IDPs were found in Makamba (13,255 IDPs or 2,651 households). 58% of IDPs reported socio-political reasons for their displacement and 40% were displaced by natural disasters. 2% fled for 'other' reasons. 26% of IDPs had been displaced since January–April 2015, 33% since after July 2015 and 39% since May–July 2015. Another 2% had been displaced since 2013–2015. 

This dashboard is an overview of IDP populations and camp locations recorded in July and August 2016 across: Bamingui Bangoran. Bangui, Basse, Kotto, Haute Kotto, Haut Mbomou, Kem, Lobaye, Mambere, Kadei, Mbomou, Nana Gribizi, Nana- Mambere, Ombella M’Poko, Ouaka, Ouham, OuhamPende, Sangha, Mbaere, Vakaga. The total number of IDPs recorded across these locations was 384,314 individuals.

In Northeastern Cameroon, 181,215 internally displaced persons (33,621 households), 14,871 unregistered refugees (2,617 households) and 32,023 returnees (6,188 households) were identified by DTM. 87% of the displaced population was displaced by the insurgency and 13% by flooding and other natural disasters. An estimated 33% of the current population was displaced in 2016 (January to July 2016). The remaining percentage is broken down as follows: 38% in 2015, 21% in 2014 and 8% before 2014. An estimated 59% of the displaced household population lives in host communities while 20% lives in rented housing, 12% in spontaneous settlements, 9% in collective centers, and 1% in open-air spaces.

Con el fin de obtener información actualizada sobre las condiciones de los sitios en los que se encuentran albergadas las personas desplazadas, se realzó la evaluación DTM Ronda 4 entre el 16 y 22 de agosto por diez grupos de dos personas en cada equipo móvil de OIM, a través de observación directa y de un cuestionario suministrado a informantes claves. Las personas que han perdido sus viviendas han optado por diferentes opciones para su alojamiento. Con la apertura de 28 albergues oficiales por parte del Gobierno del Ecuador, 2.110 familias han optado por esta opción donde pueden acceder a servicios básicos y de protección. 105 refugios actualmente se encuentran abiertos albergando a 3 o más familias desplazadas en diversas zonas afectadas por el sismo. El 53% de los refugios identificados se sitúan en áreas rurales, mientras que el 46% restante son en áreas urbanas y el 1% en el área periurbana. Hubo una reducción de 17% en los números de refugios en comparación con la DTM Ronda 3.

From 25th July to 2 August 2016, the DTM team identified and planned to visit 80 potential displacement sites across the affected districts. Of these, 65 were active and hosting 20 households or more in camp-like settings while remaining 9, were found closed or below DTM criteria (20 or more households). These 65 sites were hosting an estimated 4,024 households (18,292 people): 9,293 female, 8,999 male and 2,108 children under 5 years old.
