DTM El Salvador collected data on the type of shelter and housing available to the families of unaccompanied minor returnees. The majority of the families of unaccompanied minor returnees lived in rural areas and were home owners. Several vulnerability indicators were identified from the data collected. These were: not being the owner of the property, having a dirt floor and not having access to potable water. In addition, further contributors to the vulnerability of unaccompanied minor returnees included residing with households headed by a single parent or other relative.
This report is composed of a map indicating significant displacement related events in Tripoli, Sirte, Ras Lanuf and Benghazi.
27,239 incoming individuals were observed at FMPs during the recording period. 6,329 outgoing individuals were observed at FMPs during the recording period, 1 February 2017- 28 February 2017. Returns from Libya continue (4,000 + into Séguédine this month) as the conditions in Libya continue to deteriorate for migrants. The main nationalities recorded this month were Nigeriens. Other nationalities were represented in much smaller quantities. Malians, Nigerians, Tchad, Cameroonians and Guineans among others were also recorded.
DTM emergency tracking was deployed in Nigeria to track and provide up-to-date information on sudden displacement and other population movements in Dikwa, Jere, Kala/Bagle, Ngala, Nganzai and Bama. In Dikwa, Kala/Balge, Ngala, Nganzai and Bama displacement was triggered during the reporting period by military operations. In Jere displacement was triggered by poor living conditions.
1,3645 individuals were observed crossing the border into Haitian territory from 16 to 23 March 2017. 675 individuals declared having returned spontaneously to Haiti and 169 individuals claimed to have been deported into Haitian territory. A reported 520 individuals were officially deported into Haitian territory.
DTM recorded 47,670 IDP families comprised of 286,020 individuals. The governorate hosting the largest number of IDPs was Ninewa where 266,808 IDPS were recorded. The most commonly reported district of origin amongst IDPs was Mosul with 251,544 IDPs coming from there.
Depuis février 2016, l'OIM Niger effectue un suivi des flux migratoires sur deux points de la région d'Agadez au Niger. Les points de suivi des flux migratoires sont placés sur des lieux de transit sur les routes migratoires du Niger. Les données, collectées à partir de sources primaires, fournissent un aperçu des mouvements migratoires dans la région. En février 2017, 27 239 individus sortants et 6 329 individus rentrants ont été observés sur deux points de suivi des flux actifs. La grande majorité des migrants identifiés (90%) sont des hommes.

Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) have been sheltering at the Bentiu protection of civilian site (PoC) since December 2013. There are currently 117,654 IDPs seeking protection in the site. Humanitarian partners and UNMISS are working with the communities to improve the living conditions in the site.
There are currently over 117,600 people (20,861 households) seeking protection at Bentiu Protection of Civilian (PoC) site. Current priority needs are registration of new arrivals, verification of IDPs in the PoC and an increase in water provision. 51% of site-inhabitants came because they had experienced a lack of food. For 46% came for security reasons (3% other). The main reason persons are leaving the site is to rejoin or visit family (97%). The remaining 3% cite overcrowding as reason to leave. 39% of site inhabitants lived in Rubkhoa prior to displacement.
DTM recorded 273,720 IDPs comprising 45,620 families. Of these, 239,496 reported that their district of origin was Mosul. The highest number of IDPs was recorded in Ninewa governorate, 255,924 individuals (93% of the total). 323,554 individuals were recorded living in camps and emergency sites. As of 23 March, Haj Ali camp reported an overall increase of approximately 189 IDP families. Qayyarah airstrip emergency site reported an overall increase of approximately 214 IDP families. Reportedly, new IDP families were received in Nargizlia 1 and 2 camps, while 50 to 60 IDP families left.
