DTM identified 137,963 IDP families comprised of 827,778 individuals. The majority of the identified individuals (741,774) originated from Mosul. 395,562 people were living in unknown shelter arrangements and 357,750 people were living in camps or emergency settings. As of 15 July, ongoing field visits enabled to identify IDP families in rural areas in Ninewa governorate. Hasansham M2 camp recorded an overall increase of 200 IDP families. Chamakor camp recorded a decrease of 129 IDP families because of return movements.
Les opérations d’enregistrement et d’évaluation menées par la Direction Nationale du Développement Social (DNDS) entre le 10 et le 17 juillet 2017 dans la région de Gao, attestent une augmentation du nombre de personnes déplacées internes au Mali. Tandis que 51 961 PDIs (Rapport DTM de Mai 2017) avaient été identifiées en mai 2017, 52 459 personnes déplacées sont désormais recensées dans le pays. Ainsi une augmentation de 498 personnes déplacées a été constatée suite à la dégradation de la situation sécuritaire dans la région de Kidal.
A total of 178,513 IDP families comprised of 1,017,078 individuals were identified by DTM enumerators. The majority of the recorded displace population (402,972 individuals) is living in camps and emergency sites.
This report of the Round XVII Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) assessment by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) aims to improve understanding of the scope of displacement and the needs of affected populations in conflict-affected states of northeast Nigeria. The report covers the period of 15 May to 25 June 2017 and includes the six most-affected states of Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe.
IDPs have been sheltering at the Bentiu protection of civilian (PoC) site since December 2013. There are currently 114,683 IDPs seeking protection in the site. Humanitarian partners and UNMISS are working with the communities to improve the living conditions in the site.

Wau POC area adjacent to UNMISS was established in June 2016, following violence in and around Wau town, making it the most recently established POC in South Sudan. It is also the most congested POC in the country, with registered population of 39,165 IDPs sheltering on just 200,000 m2 of land.
On July 13 2017, an assessment was carried out to ascertain the situation of the new arrivals at custom house which arrived on 12 July 2017. The new arrivals reported to have been camped at a screening point in Shuwari village for over two months which was also reported at that time of their arrival. MSF provided food distribution, plastic sheets, and health intervention during the said period.

A la date du 30 juin 2017, les partenaires de la CMP ont comptabilisé 60 094 rapatriés, ce qui correspond à une augmentation de 1 779 personnes par rapport aux données d’Avril 2017 (58 315 Rapatriés). En parallèle, 51 961 personnes déplacées internes (9 597 ménages), 498 170 personnes retournées ont été enregistrés par les équipes de la DNDS et 143.103 réfugiés maliens dans les pays limitrophes par l’UNHCR.
