A total of 307,435 individuals were registered in Sudan during the period between January and June, 2017. 51% were registered in Central Darfur State (all the caseload registered in Jabal Mara, of which 65% were returnees and 35% were IDPs displaced in 2016). 18% registered in North Darfur (64% were IDPs, mostly old IDPs caseload in Tawilla, 29% were returnees in different locations while 7% were people affected by the fire incident in Korma), 11% were refugees in West Kordofan State, 10% in South Kordofan (96% were refugees and 4% were IDPs), while the remaining 2% were in South Darfur State (97% were returnees and the remaining caseload were IDPs).

A total of 181,803 IDP families comprised of 1,090,818 individuals were identified by DTM enumerators. The majority of the recorded displace population (437,316 individuals) is living in camps and emergency sites.
In response to the needs of people affected by the recent floods in North Darfur state, the DTM team conducted a door-to-door assessment mission in Shangil Tobay town and Um Deressaya IDP camp to assess and register the flood affected population. Out of 281 reported households, the IOM DTM team registered and identified 232 households (1,041 individuals) in the two targeted areas. Out of the 232 registered and verified households, 218 households comprising of 973 individuals were registered in Shangil Tobay town and 14 households comprising of 68 individuals registered in Um Deressaya IDP camp. Out of the registered households in Shangil Tobay, 96 houses were completely damaged and 122 houses were identified as partially damaged. In Um Deressaya IDP camp, 8 houses were completely damaged while 6 houses were partially damaged.
DTM identified 141,373 IDP families comprised of 848,238 individuals. The majority of the identified individuals (760,590) originated from Mosul. 410,754 people were living in unknown shelter arrangements and 362,154 people were living in camps or emergency settings.
In Garabolli, clashes on 9 July led to the displacement of approximately 250 households to multiple baladiyas including Tajoura, Tarhuna, Qasr Akhyar and Bani Waleed. As of 10 July, 75,000 individuals were reported to have returned to Sirt. More are expected to return with the opening of the University of Sirt. 21 migrants were found dead in southwest Tobruk, in Wadi Ali Area on 7 July.
DTM identified 141,042 IDP families (846,252 individuals) who are currently displaced (3% increase) and 37,653 returnee families (225,918 individuals). 49% of the displaced population is living in unknown shelter arrangements and 32% are living in emergency sites or camps.
A total of 53 sites were assessed. 151,000 UMNs were identified in 2 upazilas of Cox’s Bazar district. An additional 9 sites, with a population of 8,110 according to NPM Round 2 (April 2017) were not assessed in this round due to limited access. Among those assessed, 53% are women and girls. 80,000 New Arrivals identified in this round, with an increase in both makeshift settlements and host communities, due to newly identified sites and further cross verification by different key informants.
This DTM Emergency Tracking Tool (ETT) has been deployed to track and provide up-to-date information on sudden displacement and other population movements in Bama, Chibok, Damboa, Dikwa, Gubio, Gwoza, Jere, Kaga, Kala Balge, Konduga, Kukawa, Kwaya Kusar, Mafa, Monguno and Ngala.
As of 01 June 2017, the TFPM has identified, 1,980,510 internally displaced persons (IDPs) (330,085 households) who have been displaced due to conflict since March 2015, dispersed across 21 governorates. For the same period, the TFPM has identified 946,044 returnees (157,674 households), across 20 governorates. As a result, 10.4% of the total population of Yemen has experienced the shock of displacement due to conflict in the last 26 months.
Depuis 2014, la République du Cameroun est affecté par l’insurrection de Boko Haram en Afrique de l’Ouest, dont les attqaues et menaces récurrentes ont conduit à des déplacements importants de population. Les donnée recueillies entre le 8 et le 19 mai 2017 comportent des informations sur le nombre de personnes déplacées, la période de déplacement, le motif, le type de logement et les données démographiques sur les populations déplacées, par le biais des évaluations conduites dans six départements et 37 arrondissements de la région de l'Extrême-Nord. Au cours de cette ronde, voici la population qui a été identifiée : 228 443 Personnes déplacées sur le plan interne; 32 459 Réfugiés non-enregistrés ; 58 027 Retournés; 96% de la population déplacée a été déplacée par le conflit armé qui a lieu dans la région, 3% par des inondations et autres aléas climatiques, et 1% par des troubles intercommunautaires; 52% des ménages vivent dans des communautés hôtes, 24% vivent dans des sites spontanés, 17% ont pu réintégrer leur maison, 4% vivent dans des centres collectifs, et 2% vivent en plein air.

The majority of the identified individuals (759,186) originated from Mosul. 410,754 people were living in unknown shelter arrangements and 357,750 people were living in camps or emergency settings. As of 17 July the fluctuations recorded across camps in Dibaga sub-district are not due to new arrivals or departures, rather to new updates provided by the camp management. Ongoing field visits allowed to identify new IDP families in the city of Mosul. Fluctuations are due to the high fluidity of the situation on the ground.
