Recently concluded Biometric Registration in Girei Local Government Area (LGA), within the period of 13 November – 28 November 2018, has brought the total number of Returnees and Displaced persons in Girei (LGA) to 16,476 individuals (6,327 households). The average family size within the location is 3, with 33 per cent of families comprising of 1 - 2 members; 35 per cent comprising of 3 - 4 members; 21 per cent comprising of 5-6 members; 8 per cent comprising of 7-8 members; and 3 per cent comprising of 9 and above members.

Within the period of 19 - 25 November 2018, a total of 2,707 movements were recorded, including 2,285 arrivals and 422 departures. Arrivals were recorded at locations in Askira Uba, Bama, Chibok, Damboa, Dikwa, Gubio, Gwoza, Hawul, Jere, Kaga, Kala/Balge, Konduga, Kukawa, Mafa, Magumeri, Maiduguri, Mobbar, Monguno and Ngala Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno state and locations in Fufore, Girei, Gombi, Guyuk, Lamurde, Madagali, Maiha, Mayo Belwa, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South, Numan, Song, Yola North, and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. Departures were recorded at Askira Uba and Chibok LGAs of Borno state and Demsa, Fufore, Girei, Guyuk, Hong, Lamurde, Madagali, Maiha, Mayo Belwa, Mubi North, Mubi South, Numan, Song, Yola North, and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: voluntary relocation (28%), improved security (13%), Military operation (1%), farming (3%), ongoing conflict (33%), poor living conditions (20%) and fear of attacks (3%).

During the reporting period the number of identified returnees in Libya increased to 403,978 (+21,756), largely due to a return movement in Derna followingimprovement of the security situation. In Round 22, a total of 4,137 new returnee families (approximatley 20,688 individuals) were identified in the city of Derna. The total number of IDPs identified in Round 22 was 187,423.

The recently concluded Biometric Registration in Fufore Local Government Area within the period of 24 September – 10 November 2018, has brought the total number of Displaced persons in Baga to 4,686 individuals (1,168 households). The average family size within the location is 4, with 38 per cent of families comprising of 1-2 members; 27 per cent comprising of 3-4 members; 23 per cent comprising of 5-6 members; 9 per cent comprising of 7-8 members; and 9 per cent comprising of 9 and above members.

Ce document donne des informations sur les urgences au Burundi pour la semaine du 18 Novembre au 24 Novembre 2018. La DTM a identifié 829 personnes affectées et 543 personnes déplacées par des pluies torrentielles, et 56 personnes affectées et 56 personnes déplacées par du vent violent.

ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: voluntary relocation (15%), improved security (14%), farming (2%), ongoing conflict (25%), poor living conditions (19%) military operations (3%) and fear of attacks (22%).

Since the first DTM round, the number of population displaced has decreased from 432,015 to 124,144 people. People whose house were not damaged have returned to their houses, while others were either living in displacement sites or in separate transitional shelter built by themselves or provided by several entities such as NGO and private sector.      

Pendataan pengungsi (DTM) putaran pertama berhasil merekam 432,015 pengungsi (130,492 KK), 54% perempuan dan 46% laki-laki, mendiami 2,700 tempat pengungsian dimana populai terkecil tempat pengungsian adalah 16 jiwa atau 4 KK. 1.5 bulan kemudian, pendataan pengungsi putaran kedua pada 19-23 Oct. 2018, jumlah pengungsi berkurang menjadi 124,144 orang (37,532 KK) mendiami 1,055 pengungsian dimana 66 adalah lokasi baru (dibangun setelah 16 Sept. 2018). Mayoritas pengungsi yang rumahnya tidak rusak telah kembali ke rumah sedang yang lain masih tinggal di tempat pengungsian atau huntara yang dibangun mandiri ataupun didirikan oleh berbagai lembaga yang terlibat dalam respon gempa Lombok.

Detention Centre Profiling is a component of IOM Libya's Displacement Matrix programme. It is a data oriented tool that routinely provides specific sex and age demographic data and key sectorial information on individuals held in Libya's detention Centres.  In this round, 12 detention centres have been assessed, namely Abusliem, Al kufra, Alsabaa, Benghazi Ganfouda, Ejdabia, Janzour, Misrata Kararim, Qasr Bin Ghasheer, Sabratha Melita, Tobruk, Trig al Seka, and Zliten.

A la date du 31 Octobre 2018, les partenaires de la CMP ont comptabilisé 69 390 rapatriés, ce qui correspond à une augmentation de 412 personnes par rapport aux données du septembre 2018 (68 978 Rapatriés). En parallèle, 80 302 personnes déplacées internes (14 841 ménages), 526 505 personnes retournées ont été enregistrés par les équipes de la DNDS et 139 978 réfugiés1 maliens dans les pays limitrophes par l’UNHCR.
