De 10 a 12 de Abril, as equipas do DTM, em coordenação com o Instituto Nacional de Gestão de Desastres de Moçambique (INGC), conduziram uma rápida avaliação multi-sectorial em 26 locais nos distritos de Manica, Sofala, Tete, Zambézia.

Le suivi des urgences a pour but de recueillir des informations sur les mouvements importants et soudains de populations. Les informations sont auprès des informateurs clés à travers des appels téléphoniques, des entretiens physiques ou des observations directes. Ce rapport présente les informations sur les mouvements de populations survenus le 9 avril 2019, dans 1 site de la région du Lac (dans la sous-préfecture de Ngouboua à la frontière avec le Nigeria). 700 individus ( 167ménages) se sont déplacés au cours de la période.

إثر نشوب الاشتباكات في جنوب طرابلس في يوم 05 أبريل 2019، نزحت أكثر من 3.650 أسرة (حوالي 18.250 فردا)                   من مساكنها الأصلية. ومنذ آخر تحديث أصدرته المصفوفة في يوم 12 أبريل 2019، سجّلنا نزوح 925 أسرة إضافية (حوالي 4.625 فردا).

This map contains links to 68 individual county-level maps on displacement and return locations across all ten states in South Sudan based on Round 4 Mobility Tracking data (November-December 2018).

Wau County has seen localized displacement at a significant scale since 2015. DTM has been deploying a variety of data collection tools and methodologies to regularly update partners on changing dynamics in the displacement situation. This report aims to consolidate key findings from a variety of reports published between January 2018 – March 2019 to provide a comprehensive overview of the current status quo. It also provides some insights into ongoing programming from the Shelter-NFI and Transition and Recover Units in response to identified needs of returnees in Wau Town.

Ce suivi des urgences a été realisé au Burundi pendant la semaine du 7 au 13 avril 2019. La DTM a identifié 184 personnes affectées vent violent et 74 personnes déplacées.

The DTM Monthly Regional Update contains consolidated summary updates and highlights from DTM field operations. This document covers updates from the regional network of flow monitoring of migrants, as well as the tracking and monitoring of internal displacement in the countries. It is published on a monthly basis and covers the East Africa and Horn of Africa Region.

This map shows all assessed locations hosting returnees by the previous displacement location of the largest returnee group. Data was collected in November-December 2018 as part of round 4 of Mobility Tracking (87% of counties covered).

Following the onset of armed conflict on 05 April 2019 in South Tripoli, at least 3,650 families (approximately 18,250 individuals) have been displaced from their homes. Since DTM’s last update on 12 April, another 925 displaced families (approximately 4,625 individuals) were identified.   Clashes continued in conflict-affected neighborhoods Khalla al Furjan, Qasr Ben Gashir, Ain Zara, Wadi Rabea and Swani, reportedly with increased use of airstrikes. Prolonged outages of electricity, telecommunications and water networks, as well as reported closure of many markets in conflict-areas further add to the hardship of local populations.
