Le bureau régional de la DTM a porté assistance à la mise en place d’un réseau de 65 points de suivi des flux migratoires, sur les quatre routes principales dans la région (voir carte ci-dessus) à Djibouti (11), en Ethiopie (5), en Somalie (7), au Soudan du Sud (19), en Ouganda (15) et au Burundi (8). Le suivi des flux de population fournit des estimations quantitatives des flux d’individus à un endroit précis, et nous informes sur les profils, l’historique de voyage, les intentions et les besoins des personnes en déplacement. Dans la région, ce système permet aussi une préparation au préalable, ainsi qu’une prise d’action plus efficace en cas d’urgence sanitaire. Notamment dans la région, ce système favorise la préparation à répondre aux urgences de santé publique en fournissant des informations sur les mouvements, les flux de population en Ouganda et au Soudan du Sud, et particulièrement dans le cas de prolifération d’Ebola en République Démocratique du Congo.

This report presents information on the displacement situation in the Far North Region of Cameroon. Data was collected between 28 March -8 April 2019. The displaced population is estimated at 423,835 individuals (262,831 IDPs, 50,981 out of camp refugees and 110,023 returnees)

Since DTM’s last update on 30 May, an additional 685 displaced families (approximately 3,425 individuals) were identified, bringing the total to at least 18,785 families (approximately 93,925 individuals) who have been displaced from their homes since the start of hostilities on 04 April 2019.

In coordination with the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR), in May through June 2018, DTM in Afghanistan piloted a Community-Based Needs Assessment (CBNA), intended as an integral component of DTM's  Baseline Mobility Assessment to provide a more comprehensive view of multi-sectoral needs in settlements hosting IDPs and returnees. DTM conducted the CBNA pilot at the settlement level, prioritizing settlements hosting the largest numbers of returnees and IDPs, in seven target provinces of highest displacement and return, as determined by the round 5 Baseline Mobility Assessments results completed in mid-May 2018.

Since DTM’s last update on 30 May, an additional 685 displaced families (approximately 3,425 individuals) were identified, bringing the total to at least 18,785 families (approximately 93,925 individuals) who have been displaced from their homes since the start of hostilities on 04 April 2019.

In coordination with the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR), in May through June 2018, DTM in Afghanistan piloted a Community-Based Needs Assessment (CBNA), intended as an integral component of DTM's Baseline Mobility Assessment to provide a more comprehensive view of multi-sectoral needs in settlements hosting IDPs and returnees. In Takhar, 28.7% of surveyed households were unable to meet the basic nutritional needs. The main reason that prevented households from meeting their basic nutritional needs was the high cost of food and food shortages due to environmental reasons.

سیستم ردیابی بیجاشدگان (DTM) از ماه می الی جون سال ۲۰۱۸ در هماهنگی با وزارت مهاجرین و عودت کنندگان (MoRR) یک برنامه آزمایشی ارزیابی نیازمندی های مبتنی بر جامعه (CBNA) را به عنوان بخش جدایی ناپذیر از ارزیابی بنیادی تحرکات (BMA) آنجام داد تا دید جامع تر از نیازمندی های چندین سکتوری قریجاتی بدست بیاید که میزبان بیشترین تعداد بیجاشدگان داخلی و بازگشت کنندگان بودند. در ولایت تخار ٪۲۸.۷ از خانواده های ارزیابی شده از عهده مصارف نیازمندی های اساسی تغذیه خود برآمده نمی توانستند و دلیل اصلی آن قیمت بلند غذا و کمبود مواد غذیی ناشی از حوادث طبیعی بود.

The DTM Monthly Regional Snapshot contains summary updates of DTM field operations. It is published on a monthly basis and covers the East Africa and Horn of Africa Region.

Within the period of 27 May 2019 - 2 June, a total of 5,998 movements were recorded, including 5,494 arrivals and 504 departures. Arrivals were recorded at locations in Askira/Uba, Bama, Biu, Damboa, Gwoza, Jere, Maiduguri, Mobbar, Monguno and Ngala Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno state and locations in Demsa, Fufore, Girei, Gombi, Guyuk, Hong, Madagali, Maiha, Mayo Belwa, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South, Numan, Song, Yola North and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. Departures were recorded at Monguno LGA of Borno state, Demsa, Girei, Guyuk, Hong, Madagali, Mayo Belwa, Michika, Mubi North, Numan, Yola North and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: voluntary relocation (7%), involuntary relocation (1%), improved security (32%), fear of attack (8%), ongoing conflict (2%) military operation (38%) and poor living conditions (12%).

Between 02 and 04 June 2019, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), in coordination with the Government of Mozambique through National Institute for Disaster Risk Management (INGC), carried out the second round of site assessments in five open sites. 285 families corresponding to 1,393 individuals were reported across the five assessed open displacement sites.
