Ce Dashboard présente les principaux résultats des évaluations de suivi des déplacements de populations, réalisées dans les villages de la province du Nord Kivu, en territoires de Rutshuru et Masisi. Ces évaluations ont été effectuées à travers un exercice de collecte de données conduit du 2 au 27 février 2019. Au total, les équipes de terrain se sont rendues dans 100 aires de santé, soit 8 zones de santé, et ont évalué 1 073 villages grâce à 3 209 informateurs clés. Ces évaluations ont été conduites en collaboration avec l’ONG locale AIDES, le ministère des Affaires Humanitaires et la Division Provinciale de la Santé (DPS).
أدى الصراع الدائر في اليمن منذ مارس 2015م إلى نزوج أكثر من 3.6 مليون شخص (وفقاً لتقييم المواقع للعام 2018 الصادر عن مصفوفة تتبع النزوح). وتعمل مصفوفة تتبع النزوح من خلال أداة تتبع النزوح السريع على جمع البيانات وعمل التقارير حول أعداد الأسر التي تُجبر على الفرار بشكل يومي، حيث تساهم هذه البيانات في التعرف على حالات النزوح الجديدة وعمل تقارير حولها من حيث الأعداد والمناطق الجغرافية والاحتياجات. ففي الستة الأشهر الأولى من العام 2019م، نتج عن أنشطة الصراع أنماط جديدة من النزوح، خصوصاً في محافظات حجة والضالع والحديدة.وفقا لتقديرات المنظمة الدولية للهجرة - مصفوفة تتبع النزوح فقد بلغ عدد النازحين من بداية العام 2019 وحتى 27 يوليو 2019(54,697) اسرة بما يوافق 328,182 فرد.

This eighth report of the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) assessment provides an overview of the situation in Chad’s Lac Province, where displacements are due to insecurity linked to violence by extremist armed groups. The information presented in this report was collected from key informants in displacement sites, in close collaboration with local and national authorities, from 11 March to 02 May 2019. The DTM identified 178,928 displaced individuals : 133,338 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), 42,788 returnees and 2,802 third country nationals (TCN). 189 displacement sites were assessed, including 134 camps/sites and 55 host communities. 100% of the displaced population is displaced because of the armed conflict taking place in the region. 67% of the identified displaced persons are minors between 0 and 17 years old. Individuals older than 60 years old represent 5% of the displaced persons. 74% of the displaced persons identified live in camps or sites while 26% live in host communities.
According to the latest available figures from the Turkish Directorate General for Migration Management (DGMM) currently there are more than 4 million foreign nationals present in Turkish territory seeing international protection. Most of them are Syrian nationals (3,639,284) who are granted the temporary protection status. According to UNHCR, there are estimated 368,230 asylum seekers and refugees, mainly from Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq and Somalia. Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) have registered a total of 25,458 irregular border crossings in July 2019. Turkey implements a temporary protection regime for 3,639,284 individuals from the Syrian Arab Republic which grants beneficiearies right to legally stay in Turkey as well as some level of access to basic services. A vas majority of them, 3,522,004 individuals live outside of formal camps and are spread across the Turkish border provinces, while nearly 87,280 live in 11 formal camps, the majority of which are also located close to the Syrian border.
The ongoing conflict in Yemen, since March 2015, has led to the displacement of more than 3.6 million people (according to DTM’s 2018 Area Assessment). DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking tool collects and reports on numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of numbers, geography and needs. In the first six months of 2019, conflict activities have resulted in new patterns of displacement, particularly in within Hajjah, Al Dhale'e, and Al Hudaydah governorates.
Batsari Government Model Primary School in Batsari LGA of Katsina state has recorded population movements that require urgent humanitarian response. The movements were reported to have been triggered by banditry hostilities in Wagini, Madogara, Manawa, Ruma and Batsari wards of Batsari LGA and Baure B ward of Safana LGA (all in Katsina state) at night on 30 July 2019. Over 10 villages were reported to have been affected by the hostilities with 8 casualties already recorded, 6 women were abducted and scores injured. As of 2 August 2019, Batsari Government Model Primary School has received an estimated 9,021 individuals from the aforementioned wards.
As part of IOM’s Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) preparedness activities, DTM operates Flow Monitoring Points (FMPs) on the borders with Uganda (UGA), the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Central African Republic (CAR). In total, 21 EVD-dedicated FMPs were active in June. This dashboard highlights key entry routes to South Sudan (SSD) and presents the demographic profile of people surveyed on arrival from the three neighbouring countries at risk of EVD transmission. Participation in the survey is voluntary and the data collected is only indicative of actual flows.
Within the period of 22 - 28 July, a total of 2,967 movements were recorded, including 2,297 arrivals and 670 departures. Arrivals were recorded at locations in Biu, Damboa, Dikwa, Gwoza, Mobbar, Monguno and Ngala Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno state and locations in Girei, Gombi, Hong, Lamurde, Madagali, Maiha, Michika, Mubi North, Numan, Song, Yola North and Yola South LGAs of Adamawa state. Departures were recorded in Askira Uba, Bama, Chibok and Kala/Balge LGAs of Borno state and locations in Demsa, Fufore, Madagali and Mubi South LGAs of Adamawa state. ETT assessments identified the following movement triggers: voluntary relocation (28%), improved security (9%), fear of attack (5%), ongoing conflict (31%), military operation (1%) and poor living conditions (26%).
