En raison de l’insécurité croissante dans les îles du lac Tchad, 27 ménages de 146 individus ont quitté de manière préventive le village de Mandari situé sur l’une des îles du lac Tchad, dans le département de Mamdi (sous-préfecture de Kangalam), pour le village de Koulfoua, situé dans la même sous-préfecture. Ces individus avaient quitté Koulfoua il y a un peu plus d’un an pour s’installer à Mandari pour y effectuer des activités de pêche.
With insecurity growing on the islands of Lake Chad, 27 households of 146 individuals preventively left the village of Mandari located on an island of Lake Chad, in the département of Mamdi (sous-prefecture of Kangalam), for the village of Koulfoua, located in the same souspréfecture. These individuals had left Koulfoua a little over a year ago to settle in Mandari for fishing activities.

The DTM has identified 102,722 internally displaced persons (IDPs) and 23,009 households in the month of November.

Since the previous update on 27 November 2019, DTM identified an additional 1,836 displaced families (approximately 9,180 individuals), bringing the total number of internally displaced persons from South Tripoli to at least 29,863 families (approximately 149,315 individuals) who have been forced to leave their homes due to armed conflict initiated around 04 April 2019.

منذ آخر تحديث أصدرته مصفوفة تتبع النزوح في يوم 27 نوفمبر 2019، أحصت المصفوفة نزوح 1.836 أسرة إضافية (حوالي 9.180 فردا) عن آخر أرقام مسجّلة للنازحين من جنوب طرابلس ، وبذلك بلغ مجموع الأسر النّازحة ما لا يقلّ عن 29.863 أسرة (أي حوالي 149.315 فردا) نزحت من مساكنها منذ ابتداء الاشتباكات المسلّحة يوم 04 أبريل 2019.

From October 2018 until December 2019, DTM emergency tracking teams covered all 18 provinces of Burundi and tracked 38, 624 affected persons by 158 natural disastrs during this period. Included in this dashboard are statistics on damage to infrastructure, alongside monthly statistics concerning the displaced and affected populations.
Depuis Octobre 2018 jusqu'a Décembre 2019, le service d'urgence de la DTM a couvert toutes 18 provinces du Burundi et ont noté que 38,624 personnes ont été affectés par 158 désastres naturel durant cette periode. Ce tableau de bord comprend des statistiques sur les dommages causés aux infrastructures, ainsi que des statistiques mensuelles concernant les populations déplacées et touchées.
